Bali

BALI 2014

Our first overseas holiday as a family of three. James, Mia and I.

My husband has the most wonderful family, they very generously and kindly arranged a family holiday to Bali. We were able to share and make memories together.

The Balinese people were similar to Thai, I found them to be incredibly warm, friendly and caring. Their beautiful nature will make your Balinese adventure perfection.

ACCOMODATION

In Seminyak we stayed at the K Villas http://www.villanunia.com/ There was a slight mosquito problem, that was far outweighed by the serenity of the villas. The accommodation was peaceful, large and included ourvery own personal breakfast butler. The location was incredible, only a very short stroll to delicious restaurants, massage parlous and great shopping! We also did a day trip to Ubud, which is a must do.

The next place we stayed was Gili Air Waterfront http://www.waterfront-hotel-gili-air.com/ I must admit when I first arrived to Gili Air Island after the fast boat ride, I was shocked at how little was on the island. My shock soon turned to admiration. The island is so beautiful it doesn't require shops or transport other than horses and bikes. The accommodation was perfect for us and our extended family.
